Payments

At Oakdale we offer a number of convenient options for parents and guardians to make payments. These can be arranged as regular weekly transactions or paid up-front e.g. for a whole term.

Payment methods

Electronic

ParentMail users are able to pay for most contributions electronically via this service. ParentMail supports most major credit and debit cards, and also PayPal.

This is our preferred method of payment.

Cash

Please enclose any cash inside a suitable and sealed envelope and write the following information clearly on the front –

  • Name of child
  • Their class
  • What the money is for
  • The amount enclosed

It is important you include the above information as without it we may not be able to process your contribution.

Cheque

Cheques may be acceptable but please contact the office first for further information.

School meals

School meals can be paid for weekly or be paid up-front. The current charge for school meals is £2.30 per day.

Class money

Class money is a weekly donation which funds class snacks, cookery items, consumable sensory resources etc. Class money can be paid via ParentMail or with cash.

Class money contributions are currently set at £1.50 per week.

School trips

We ask for a voluntary donation to support the funding for school trips and any contribution is gratefully received. Currently, we ask for these donations in cash only please.
