ISCAN social care support
ISCAN stands for Integrated Service for Children with Additional Needs.
The ISCAN team are based at Jubilee Gardens, Droylsden. The team comprises of Social Workers, Children with Disabilities (CWD) Intervention Worker, a Management Team, a Transition Social Worker, Community Occupational Therapists and a Behaviour Support Therapist.
ISCAN health support
The service is a community service and they work from a range of sites across Tameside and Glossop. They offer assessments and treatment in a variety of places including local clinics, nurseries, special and mainstream schools and young people’s homes. They work closely with families and other professionals to support young people to achieve their potential in all aspects of their life.
